Muyiwa A. Adelu

President and CEO

He is the President and CEO of the company. He attended The Polytechnic Ibadan, where he obtained Post Graduate Diploma in urban and Regional Planning upper credit in 1994 winning Prof Vagale’s award for best student in urban and regioanl planning design. He holds MBA Marketing Management from Lagos State university Ojo campus in year 2005 and bagged advanced diploma certificate in Project Management from UNILAG consult with distinction in year 2004. He also attended professional Development courses in Town Planning and projects management both home and abroad; with NITP/ATOPCON, J.K Michael’s Lagos and construction specification Canada in 2013 in Calgary. He also attended real estate workshops organized by LBS pan African University 2008. He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) of America and an active member of Nigeria chapter. He is a registered Town Planner with special interest in projects development, management and real estate investment.

Ismail Yakubu

Business Development Manager

He has special interest in Construction Economics and Real Estate analysis. He attended University of Ilorin where he obtained Bsc. Hons majoring in Economics in year 2000. He has gathered various experiences in project Development and real estate practice. A prospective member of Institute of Bankers, He has in-depth knowledge of property market in its ramifications. He is a very reliable hand in various operations of our organization. He is very versatile and has over 18 years experience in property development and real estate business.

Adelu Temiloluwa Opeyemi Adekunle

Architect

He graduated from Bells University of Technology with Bachelor of Science in Architecture and an Msc in Architecture from the same institution. He is proficient in CAD softwares both in Autocad, Revit, Sketch up and other relevant software applications. He is versatile in drafting and interior designs. He currently leads our sister company, CMI Projects where he leads his team to remodel Nigeria’s interior space.

Saburi Tiamiyu

Consulting Architect

He attended Ogun State Polytechnic now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Ojere, Abeokuta where he obtained Higher National Diploma. He subsequently obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Sciences from Lagos State University Ojo. He has executed various projects in Ikoyi, Lekki, Omole, Amuwo and other parts of Lagos and Delta States. He is an astute person in projects development. He has over 20 years post graduation experience.

Ajagbe Olajide G

Senior Town Planner

He is a Senior Town Planning Officer with Bachelor of Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, in Urban and Regional Planning. He is a Registered Town Planner with ample experience in technical report writing, Layout drafting and Urban Studies.

Animashaun Bukola Y

Secretary

She is our secretary and front desk executive. She graduated from Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos State with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration and a certificate of Leadership and Management for Managers form Alison Empower, she is also well proficient in Microsoft office Package. Her administrative prowess gives the company and edge mongst Town Planning Firms in Nigeria

Olalekan Jimoh

Consulting Civil Engineer

He graduated from Federal University of Technology Akure where he obtained B.Tech in Civil Engineering in 2005. He has had about 14 years working experience in Building Construction and Management. He handles projects with great details and absolute attention. He has been a good hand with us.

Ibukun Jolayemi

Consulting Estate Surveyor and Valuer

He graduated from The Polytechnic Ibadan where he obtained HND in Estates Management in 2002. He is an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He has about 15 years working experience in property Management and Valuation.

Azeez Olalekan

Estate Surveyor

He graduated from Osun State Polytechnic where he obtained HND in Architecture in 2006. He has had about 13 years working experience in Architecture. He is proficient in building design with great skill in AutoCAD drafting and building supervision.

Temitope Areh

Town Planner

He graduated from Federal University of Technology, Minna where he bagged a Bsc in Urban and Regional Planning. Proficient in project monitoring and evaluation. Working with the team to assist in development Control activities. He engages in statutory planning approval processing. Good hand in document compilation.
